Booking & Quotes

• Quotes provided through the website are estimates based on the information submitted and may be revised after vehicle inspection or route confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after both parties agree on pricing, pickup date and terms of service.

Vehicle Condition & Inspection

• Vehicles are inspected and their condition recorded before loading. Customers are encouraged to remove personal belongings before pickup.
• Any pre-existing damage noted at pickup will be documented and is not the responsibility of Shree Shyam Transway.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith based on typical route conditions. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, traffic, regulatory checks, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking IDs and status updates are provided for shipment visibility and reflect key checkpoints rather than continuous live location data.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Charges outside the agreed quote will only apply where scope changes (e.g. additional distance, delayed pickup access) are mutually agreed.

Liability

While we take full care in handling every vehicle, our liability in case of loss or damage during transit is subject to the terms agreed at booking and applicable insurance coverage.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible before the scheduled pickup date. Any applicable cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
